Beginnings of the Conspiracy

Wim Dankbaar Vowed to Destroy Reputation of Behavior Specialist Who Picked Apart Dankbaar's JFK Assassination Story That James Files Was The Sole Assassin.

The Dutchman has been selling assassination paraphernalia for years, after purchasing the rights to the JAMES FILES HOAX from a third party.  Since then, Dankbaar has turned himself into a self-described JFK expert, claiming that Mr. Files and all his lies, inaccuracies and downright absurdities are true.

Some years ago, a behavior specialist who was part owner of CyberSoup, had viewed over 3 hours of a JAMES FILES interview that Mr. Dankbaar had taped.  Afterwards, the specialist told Wim Dankbaar that Mr. Files was a fraud and that many of his claims didn't make sense.  The behaviorist made his case in a point-by-point document which so enraged Mr. Dankbaar that he took to the internet in a campaign to destroy the behaviorist/investor and any number of other innocent people in the process - people who knew or were ever associated with Cybersoup on any level, business or personal.  Mr. Dankbaar, being the conspiracy theorist that he is, was convinced that this behaviorist would rush to the airwaves to expose the hoax.

Even though, the Cybersoup investor had never made his thoughts public at the time, Mr. Dankbaar nevertheless aimed his sights and took shot after shot.  Dankbaar has made a reputation of suing or threatening to sue anyone who disagrees with his claim that James Files is the true assassin.  He calls it "interfering with his business".  Apparently perpetuating the James Files hoax is a legitimate business in Mr. Dankbaar's eyes.   Oddly, Mr. Dankbaar thinks it's okay to interfere with and downright destroy other people's reputations and businesses for the sake of his own.

FURTHERMORE:
Wim Dankbaar has sent threatening emails trying to blackmail investigative reporter/consumer advocate JUDD MCILVAIN who has known our investor for many years.  The Dutchman has also enlisted the aid of a deranged Battle Creek, Michigan woman (APRIL KELLEY), another internet stalker, to threaten harass, blackmail and defame any companies or persons associated with Cybersoup.

Question:
Is this Judd McIlvain, the TroubleShooter From Texas, the same man who interviewed one of the CIA agents who was at Dealey Plaza when President Kennedy was killed?

Answer:
Yes  Judd interviewed Woody Harrelson's father, who claimed to have killed Kennedy but then later recanted.  Mr. McIlvain has been an investigative reporter/consumer advocate helping people for 40 years.

Question:
Does Cybersoup really owe Dankbaar money?

Answer:
No  Mr. Dankbaar was an investor at one point in this website company.  He is an experienced businessman who said he believed that CyberSoup had a great future.  Months later, Mr. Dankbaar, a JFK conspiracist, sent the co-owner a 3-hour video to edit.  After reviewing the video of the man named James Files who claimed to be the assassin of  President Kennedy, the co-owner provided Mr. Dankbaar with a set of points as to why he believed Files was lying.  Instead of actually exploring these points, Mr. Dankbaar immediately accused him of lying.  By the way, the company had just sent him a sizable amount of money to repay a loan he made to Cybersoup.  But even with that, he vowed to begin a campaign stating he intended to destroy the company and individuals for badmouthing his story.  How can he expect any further repayment when he destroyed the company to which he made loans?  The company lost visitors and advertisers as a result of Dankbaar's published lies.  Additionally, he caused all our investors to lose their money. Mr. Dankbaar brags on his site that he is proud to have caused this horrendous damage.

Question:
Who Are the crazy Battle Creek, Michigan people helping Wim Dankbaar?

Answer:
Wim Dankbaar has been coaching a deranged woman and her husband to destroy the former co-owner and SHE keeps bringing up CyberSoup in her attacks against the former co-owner of Cybersoup.  Judd McIlvain knows about this woman as well.  In 2009, APRIL KELLEY was on one of his shows and was crying about how devastated she was after paying the internet company NETZPRO (not Cybersoup) to build her a website.  Halfway through, she refused to pay them, accusing them of bad programming and putting in viruses and links to porn sites.   Because of his experience with the internet, our co-owner tried to advise her.  After spending many hours on the phone with her, Mr. McIlvain connected her with a group of programmers that he believed could provide the excellent service he thought she needed (Cybersoup).  April Kelley put a 50% deposit down with Cybersoup, which is customary; the balance due when her new site was done and approved by her.  Instead of paying her bill, she put a stop on the contract after about 3 weeks, and after much work had already been done, then complained alternately to Mr. McIlvain that we were too slow or that we were not fulfilling the contract. This is precisely what she did to NETZPRO.  Of course, April Kelley then went on to accuse Cybersoup of bad programming and putting in viruses and links to porn sites as well as "selling" her open-source software to third-parties around the globe.  Mrs. Kelley also accused Cybersoup's former associates of spying on her, breaking into her home computer and bank account, alternately disconnecting her phone and recording her, making her computer explode and various other absurdities.  She has referred to Mr. Danbkbaar as a trusted friend.

Question:
What  does horse trainer Monty Roberts and WIPO have to do with Cybersoup? Wim Dankbaar and the crazy woman keep bringing in Monty Roberts the horse trainer.  What is this about?

Answer:
Mr. Dankbaar and his Michigan groupie love to toss around this gross distortion of the truth, about MONTY ROBERTS, the horse trainer, who was hired to train the co-owner's wild mustang at his farm for six months.  The horse was very skittish as most wild mustangs are.  Mr. Roberts who claimed he was an expert with mustangs said he could train him to be a gentle, calm horse that a child could ride, using his "special methods' that he stole from other trainers, one being his own father.  At the end of the six months, the co-owner brought the horse back and within days he got scared of "nothing", knocked down his partner and stomped all over her legs.  She suffers from those very serious injuries even today.  When he contacted Monty Roberts, he said he would take care of the medical bills.  The next thing it's discovered that Monty Roberts had actually rushed to the Sheriff's department, instead, complaining that he was being extorted  … of the same amount that he had swore he would pay to cover the medical bills.  Monty's relatives said this probably wasn't about the money but to shut the victims up about him lying about training the horse.  It might be of interest that the co-owner never saw a Sheriff's deputy; never saw the inside of a courtroom because the Santa Barbara district attorney threw out Monty Roberts' complaint in the interest of justice. Click to see letter from DA.  Translation:  They knew Monty Roberts was lying.  But Mr. Roberts, like Mr. Dankbaar and his groupie simply decided to lie about the report, saying the complaint was not taken up because of 'internet confusion". The crazy woman publicly lied saying Cybersoup's co-owner told her it was Monty Roberts personally who had "beaten up" his partner.  The absurdity of that remark is beyond belief.  These conspiracists love to bring up the Monty Roberts-WIPO case.  There have been thousands of domain disputes since the internet became popular.  This case centered around having an internet company and registering a domain name montyroberts.org for his family who wanted to use the domain for promoting their book about how Monty Roberts was a liar and fraud.  Their book is titled "Horse Whispers and Lies" written by Roberts' aunt and cousin respectively, Joyce Renebome and Debra Ann Ristau.  Monty Roberts went to the WIPO which controls all the domain names on the internet and complained.  The organization proceeded to set up an arbitration, NOT a court case.  Monty Roberts claimed he had the name trademarked which automatically gave him the right to domain name ownership.  It should be noted that at the time, he most certainly had not trademarked the name.  But the arbitrator who lived roughly in Monty Roberts' vicinity decided against the registration.  Danbkbaar and his friend would have you believe that the horse trainer won some massive court case and judgment against the co-owner.

SUMMATION:  Those are the facts, not the garbage spewed by Dankbaar and his crazed groupies.
